Rescheduling or Cancelling Your Session

It may be possible for you to reschedule your session, depending on the amount of notice you provide:

Within 24 hours of making your booking

• Reschedule free of charge

• Cancel with a full refund / no cancellation fee

​

More than 14 days notice prior to session date

• Reschedule free of charge

• Cancel with 75% refund / 25% cancellation fee

​

Between 7 & 14 days notice prior to session date

• Reschedule free of charge

• Cancel with 50% refund / 50% cancellation fee

​

Less than 7 days notice prior to session date (or during)

• You cannot reschedule.

• No refunds / 100% cancellation fee. You may want to find a replacement group to take your place.

Weather Conditions

​

Except during very severe weather events, or predicted steady rain, we endeavour to run our sessions regardless of the weather forecast. Please dress adequately to be comfortable in all weather conditions.

Other Possible Scenarios

​

Though unlikely, if we have to cancel your course due to a staffing issue, logistical problem, natural disaster, pandemic, COVID-19, etc., you will be rescheduled to a new date free of charge. Refund requests in these circumstances will be assessed by Salta Horses and approved on a case-by-case basis.

Salta Horses may decline booking requests to any individual or group at the sole discretion of the manager.
